ALPR Belgium app for iPhone and iPad

This APP lets you read Belgian and other EU license plates right on your iPhone or iPad!
You can keep track of plate you have seen in PlateList.csv file and receive an alert when the app spots a plate form the hotList.csv file. The app can record GPS location information for each plate. If you are reading moving license plates you can use ISO mode to have direct control over shutter speed to eliminate motion blur.
A zoom function has been included.

To enable use of GPS location you first have to enable it in setup in this APP then SCAN a plate then go into iPhone-settings and choose enable while using app in location services.

Features a large SCAN button so it can still be operated after eating chips with Mayonnaise .
